Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Afyavet Livestock Vaccines GmbH!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 48 hours after delivery of your vaccine consignment. If 48 hours have passed since delivery, you may be offered a partial refund or no refund at all depending on the elapsed time after delivery. This is to ensure the cold chain is maintained and that the potency and quality of the supplied vaccine is not altered.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

The seal of the vaccine must be unbroken and in the same condition that you received it.
The vaccine must be in its original packaging.
A receipt and delivery note or proof of purchase must be provided.
Only regular priced vaccine products may be refunded. Discount Sale vaccine products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace vaccines if they are defective, damaged, broken or recalled. If you need to exchange a vaccine for the same product, send us an email at: sales@afyavet.com.

We also grant partial refunds

For vaccine products that are damaged, broken or not dispatched.
For vaccine products returned more than 48 hours after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment or credit card within five days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Please do not send the vaccine back to the manufacturer. It must be returned to the following Address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged vaccine product to reach you, may vary.
Kindly note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
